Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your candles! if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and lightly used condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The product must NOT be more than lightly used.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and ensure that the candle has not been significantly used, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Returns are offered in the form of an exchange or a store credit. If the item was purchased with a discount we reserve the right to offer an item of equal or lesser value or a full priced item based on the judgement of the employee processing the return.
